We all know that moving into a home of your own poses many challenges. On this page we give practical advice on how plans and preparations can be made to ensure the move occurs as smoothly as possible.

Once a family member has moved into their new home and, in particular, if they are sharing, they must find strategies to deal with shared tasks, having visitors and pets or keeping up with medication.
